Summer Snacks

The summer heat and humidity decrease my appetite. I usually eat two meals a day and a snack in between.  So what are my go to summer snacks?

Yogurt with granola and fresh berries
Homemade popcorn
Kale chips
Fresh fruit
Banana and peanut butter
Mixed nuts
Crackers and cheese
A fruit smoothie
Homemade Sweet Potato Fries
Chips and Salsa
Green or red pepper with dressing
Veggies or crackers with hummus
A rice cake with peanut butter or hummus
Guacamole and chips
Toast with cheese
Gummy snacks
Breaded eggplant or zucchini with marinara
