Words of Wisdom Wednesday (two)


I've been not feeling to well the past two days.  I am trying to stay positive that I won't get worse and miss workouts or classes.  I found an article, Power of Positivity , that talks about being positive.  It explains how being positive leads to optimal health both mentally and physically.
